If you did not attend December '05 Camp, bring a check for $26 payable to USADSA (membership fees for usadsa and usadsf)

Cab/airport shuttle/lunch/dinner$/misc expenses- $100.00
- (We will provide uniforms for scrimmages/games)
- Check with Mary to be sure you have submitted an audiogram, physical, membership forms
- SUGGESTION: Many players will chip in for food shopping to make lunches and save money (the hotels have a mini-kitchen). This is healthier and cheaper than dining out.
